Guest Chef Dinner

Jeremy Fox, executive chef of Santa Monica’s acclaimed Rustic Canyon Wine Bar & Seasonal Kitchen, partners with longtime friend and mentor David Kinch (executive chef of the award-winning Manresa in Los Gatos, CA) for a five-course, guest chef collaboration. This special dinner serves as part of Kinch’s Southern California tour celebrating the release of his first book, Manresa: An Edible Reflection. Copies of the cookbook in which the distinguished chef shares the inspirations and techniques behind the food of Manresa will be available for purchase that evening.
