To celebrate the birthday of the lady, who inspired it all–Ruby Cavanaugh–92 years young, Ruby’s Diners will offer its classic RubyBurger with fries at half price. Ruby will make a personal appearance on Monday, July 28, from noon-2 PM at Ruby’s Diner at South Coast Plaza, in the Macy’s Home Store Wing.
