On Wednesday, August 30, Boneyard Bistro, Sherman Oaks’ eclectic BBQ eatery, will host an exclusive “Chef’s Tasting Menu” event themed on hatch chilies, curated by Chef/Owner Aaron Robins and Executive Chef Erica Abell who will serve the following zesty specials:

– Sopapillas with Hatch Chili-Infused Honey ($11)
– “Tex Mex” Tostada Salad ($11) – hatch chili chimichurri, marinated chicken, nopales, black beans, romaine, kale, queso fresco, olives, guacamole, sour cream, and hatch chili-lime dressing
– Hatch Chimichanga Popper…”Kinda” ($18) – braised short rib, refried beans, cream cheese, cheddar, and salsa verde
– Smoked Brisket Torta ($20) – pickled hatch chili and corn salsa, charred cherry tomatoes, red onions, sour cream, shredded lettuce, avocado, and hatch chili-cilantro aioli
– Grilled Shrimp & Hatch Chili Fettuccini Alfredo ($24)
– Ancho & Coffee Rub Hanger Steak ($38) – roasted hatch chili “enchiladas” stuffed with Spanish rice and pineapple enchilada sauce
– Hatch Chili & Apple Fry Pie ($11) – cheddar and vanilla ice cream
– Mole & Hatch Chili Cupcakes ($11) – chocolate mole frosting, hatch chili, and corn cakes
