Hilton Anaheim’s, MIX Restaurant, Offers Festive Fall Dishes with a Special Thanksgiving Menu!

Fall festivities are officially underway and there’s not a more magical time to visit Anaheim than Thanksgiving this holiday season! Hilton Anaheim’s premier dining experience at MIX Restaurant offers an extensive variety of imaginative dishes created from some of the finest organic and natural ingredients available with a special Thanksgiving Menu developed by its own Executive Chef, Juan Lopez. The special Fall-inspired menu will include Starters such as the Roasted Butternut Squash Soup (made with cinnamon and toasted pepita cream) or Kale Salad (roasted beets, dry cranberries, goat cheese & shallot vinaigrette), while Main dishes include Roasted Turkey (sage jus, garlic potato puree served with cranberry sauce, chestnut stuffing and sauteed green beans) Virginia Baked Ham (brown sugar and Madeira jus with garlic potato puree and sauteed green beans) in addition to the Bone-In Rib Eye Steak (made with a wild mushroom sauce and served alongside garlic potato puree and sauteed green beans).  For dessert, guests can indulge in the Apple Crumble Cheesecake (homebaked with caramel sauce) or the Pumpkin Brûlée Tart (made with sweet potato compote). Also being served alongside this decadent meal is Graham’s Port (20-year-old aged Tawny Porto).
