Tapping the culinary talents of award-winning Executive Chef Victor Juarez, Fuego is presenting a variety of tastings featuring delicious Latin American infused dishes paired with top shelf wine and spirits.

Don Julio Tequila

Fuego guests will enjoy complimentary samplings of Don Julio tequilas including the ever-popular Blanco, Reposado and Anejo. In addition, Fuego will present Don Julio margarita flights and specialty cocktails such as Don Julio’s Cranberry Margarita and Don Julio’s Blanco Mojito.

Executive Chef Victor Juarez is pairing delicious Lobster Guacamole with Don Julio Blanco and Spicy Huarache with Don Julio Reposado, among others.
