Join Executive Chef Paul Lee for ‘Inside the Kitchen with Patina.’ Known for our seasonal tasting menus, gourmet cheeses, and an award-winning wine list, we give you access to the kitchen through a special bi-monthly cooking class series featuring celebratory three-course menus. Not only do you have the luxury of cooking in Patina’s kitchen, but Chef Lee will walk you through the process of preparing a complete meal, from appetizer to dessert, utilizing French techniques.
