Irish Whiskey and Corned Beef on St. Patrick’s Weekend

No green beer here, they will have a special on a couple of Irish whiskies including an Irish Mule made with Tullamore Dew, as well as their Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner and a Sampler plate of Corned Beef Sliders for an appetizer.

At Prime Cut, enjoy a beef brisket cured lowly and gently over time, with just the right amount of care and attention. They let it recline for a few days in a bath of just the right spices and seasoning to make a corned beef that will make all the Irish Bars green with envy.
