ADYA restaurant had so much fun at their first Virtual Cooking Class last month, so they’re hosting another this month! Join Chef Shachi Mehra LIVE on Wednesday, November 18th at 5 p.m. as she demonstrates two dishes that are great on their own or as Thanksgiving sides that will spice up your holiday table! For this next virtually interactive class via Zoom, you’ll be learning how to make:

This is a free virtual event (find the Zoom Meeting ID below), but you can join us in the kitchen by ordering a Cooking Class Kit with ingredients (use your own salt, pepper, oil and lime) and recipes to create both dishes in your home kitchen alongside Chef Shachi during her class.
The price per kit is $40 (makes 2 servings of each dish). The Cooking Class Kits must be pre-ordered for pick-up at ADYA Anaheim on Saturday, November 14th and Sunday, November 15th; or at ADYA Irvine from Saturday, November 14th through Tuesday, November 17th during normal business hours. Special arrangement to pick up cooking kits from the Artisan Pop-Up at OC Baking Company on Friday, November 13th or at Orange Home Grown Farmers Market on Saturday, November 14th can be made in advance.
