“Orange County Fare: A Culinary Journey Through the California Riviera, ” the cookbook created by the Junior League of Orange County, Calif., (JLOCC) will be available during a cooking demonstration presented by Five Crowns and SideDoor Executive Chef Dennis Brask starting at 6 p.m., Thursday, May 6, at the Bloomingdales Home Store in Fashion Island.
