the harvest of the Lambrusco grape.
October in Italy is when Lambrusco grapes are harvested. These grapes are used in balsamic vinegar as well as the sparkling wine by the same name. The three-course family-style feast will showcase balsamic vinegar, Lambrusco grapes and the rustic Italian food typically enjoyed around harvest. Seating is limited to 20 people. A la carte beverage pairings will be available.
