My Father’s BBQ, Wowo’s BBQ, BBQ Smokehouse, Grasslands Meat Market, Montana Q, Porky-N-Beans, QT Smokehouse, Smoking Ribs BBQ, Uncle Al’s BBQ, Robert Earl’s BBQ, Bludso’s, One World BBQ, Hilton BBQ, Hawaiian Dancing Grill BBQ, Muddy’s BBQ, and more.

Ready your bib for one long weekend of smoking-hot recipes, family fun and fiery competition between spatula-wielding grill masters. The aromas of smoked meat and burning wood will make you drool like a fool as you scan the food court for firsts, seconds, thirds, and so on. Pulled pork sandwiches, fresh-off-the-bone ribs, tangy barbecue chicken and many other finger-licking dishes deserve space on your plate. Make sure you pace yourself, but if you don’t care for advice, it’s open season at The VIP Rib Village. This exclusive area is stuffed with all-you-can-eat pork ribs, chicken, pulled pork, desserts and all kinds of delicious fixings. While you’re at it, grab an ice-cold beer, a glass of wine or anything else that will wash this glorious feast down your throat.

Perhaps the most anticipated event is the fierce cook-off between local and national barbecue aficionados. Award-winning pitmasters and Southern California’s finest will get in each other’s grill and crank out the most flavorful meats to ever grace your taste buds. While the sweet, savory sauces trickle down your arm, you’ll have the opportunity to cast your vote and determine the People’s Choice Favorite.

The Long Beach BBQ Festival offers a multitude of family-friendly activities including various live music performances, free souvenir e-photo, live interactive reptile exhibit, awesome sports action in the live sports tent, and dance instructions to get you groovin’ all night long on the dance floor. Or sing along to all your favorite songs at the Karaoke Lounge. Or just kick it at the CBS “The Neighborhood” Backyard booth for fun and games with a chance at winning raffle prizes.

There’s lots for kids to do including games, face painting, inflatable bounce houses, an animal variety show, and a petting zoo to get up close and personal with all their furry friends!
