The Luxury Boutique Hotel in Manhattan Beach Will Welcome the Internationally-Acclaimed Cellist at Their New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball

Shade Hotel Manhattan Beach, the area’s only luxury boutique hotel, will feature a performance at their New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball by Tina Guo, an internationally acclaimed and Grammy-nominated virtuoso acoustic/electric cellist, recording artist, and composer.

The virtuoso has toured with Hans Zimmer Live as well as performed with Skrillex, Diplo and Justin Bieber at the 2016 Grammy Awards. She has also been the featured electric cello soloist with Michael Jackson at “The Immortal” World Tour by Cirque du Soleil.

Guo has been heard as a featured as a soloist in blockbuster films and television shows including: “Wonder Woman”, “Inception”, “Iron Man 2”, “Batman vs Superman”, “Pirates of the Caribbean 5” and more. Guo has also recorded for the soundtracks of “Kung Fu Panda 3”, “The Hangover Part II”, “X-Men: First Class”, “Family Guy”, “American Dad”, “The Cleveland Show”, “King of the Hill” and more.

The vivacious and glittering New Year’s Eve bash will also feature a live DJ and gaming tables. Guests are encouraged to design and create their own unique masquerade masks and costumes.
