Masterpiece Easter Celebration
The 15th annual Easter Brunch at Montage Laguna Beach promises to be a Masterpiece Buffet to delight those who have already made it a family tradition, as well as those who are first-time celebrators.
It’s a holiday feast that features 12 stations of deliciousness, live musical entertainment, complimentary photographs, a champagne toast and entrance to the annual Easter Egg Hunt. View the full menu here.
Feast-wise, guests can create their own egg dishes at the Egg Bar. And, there’s a Pancake Station, Antipasto Display, and Fruit Station. There is heirloom carrot soup, salads such as a deconstructed Caesar, deviled eggs, caprese, farro and haricot verts and more.
The Sushi Station offers favorites: California rolls, caterpillar rolls, and assorted sashimi. Then there are the Seafood Ice Glo with prawns, crab claws and Peruvian ceviche.
The chef’s Carving Station tempts with roasted rack of lamb and Tuscan spiced prime rib. And there’s more, including a Children’s Station and of course an elaborate Dessert Display created by Chef Lee Smith.
