May Wine Tasting at Canyon Restaurant – Anaheim

Travelling to California’s central coast never disappoints. The seductive landscape rolls out – like a lush contoured carpet – from the inland valleys to the foggy seashore. It’s a magical place, steeped in California history. Part of that recent history involves viniculture. Today, ranch lands have given way to vineyard scapes, and some of the best wine growing areas in the state can be found on the central coast: Santa Rita Hills, Edna Valley, Santa Ynez and Paso Robles.

At Canyon Restaurant – Anaheim, we love the Central Coast, and happily celebrate the area in this month’s wine tasting. A small sampling of the regions wines will be paired with cuisine inspired (somehow) by the landscape and the culture.
