About: The Hangout Restaurant and Beach Bar in beautiful Seal Beach Ca opened May 21, 2012 and is family owned and operated. They feature New American cuisine with a little Southern Flair. Although they are a Beach Bar Restaurant they take their food very seriously and therefore only use very high quality meats, seafood and produce. Their food is made fresh and to order everyday.
