Enjoy a wine tasting from The Cellar via Zoom.
The first wine is Domaine Laroche Chablis, Saint Martin 2018. This winery is over 1,000 years old and is one of the oldest in Burgundy.
*
TASTING NOTES – Chablis Saint Martin has the intense freshness typical of the terroir in combination with ripe white fruit and white blossom aromas. The minerality gives a lingering finish and a distinct character. A nice complexity emerges from this vintage, while keeping a lot of purity.
The Second is Lou Caminé 2017. A Rhone Wine from Ogier
*
TASTING NOTES – Appearance :Deep red cherry color. Nose :Bouquet of ripe red fruits with hints of leather and mild spices. Complex and mineral character. Palate :Full bodied with fresh aromas – very elegant, silky and attractive tannins with a long finish on vanilla notes.

They are thrilled to welcome back Jean-Christoph Convert, formerly of Lafite Rothschild. He is now the Western U.S. Representative for Domaine Laroche and has become a dear friend of The Cellar’s. This will be another incredible time and hope you can join them!
Cheeseboard will once again be available.
1-Bellweather Fromage Blanc – European-style fresh cheese is light, silky and easy to spread.
2-Edam Cheese – Flavor is mild, salty and nutty at the early stage and gets sharper with ageing.
They will also be offering a meat that will pair well. Chef and their Sommelier Rob Barron are working on this pairing at the moment! $14.
