The brand new Mix Restaurant at the completely renovated Hilton Anaheim is offering a special Valentine ‘ Day menu, created by our legendary Executive Chef Fred Mensinga for just $99 per couple (plus tax & gratuity). Our Valentine ‘ Day menu consists of:Aperitifof Kir Royale sparkling wine kissed with an essence of Chambord.Starter: Lobster Bisque with Cognac whipped cream.Entree (choice of):Filet Mignon with Lobster Medallions with wild mushroom ravioli heart, Chianti & Champagne sauce OR Veal Chop with chanterelle sauce and roasted garlic mashed potatoes OR Pacific Barramundi & Shrimp with spinach, potato tower and pear vegetables; vermouth beurre blanc.Dessert: Sweetheart Extravaganza -White chocolate roasted macadamia nut mousse, chocolate creme brulee and chocolate gelato. Since the holiday falls on a Saturday, we are offering a special room rate of $99/night. Couples can make their evening even more special with a glass or bottle of Roederer Cristal champagne, which we offer for $50 by the glass and $299 for a bottle.
