Meat Anthony – The Perfect Steak

Anthony started his career in the restaurant business at age 13. As a young adult he worked in the wine industry and effortlessly made his way to meat distribution. After more than a decade as a fine meat purveyor he opened his own restaurant. The Meat Cellar is where Anthony celebrates his expertise in cooking, butchering, pairing and selling fine meats. He has mastered the perfect steak! Learn to prepare 4 cuts of beef via a Live Zoom Class. The class will include 4 steaks and 2 bottles of wine which is perfect for a small group.
