This Masterpiece Celebration features a multi-station holiday buffet including On Ice Seafood like Citrus Poached Prawns; cheese and charcuterie; soup and salad including Wild Rice and Kale Chicken Soup and Santa Barbara Smoked Salmon Rillettes; sushi of all sorts; tempting seasonal traditionally-inspired Chef’s Carving Station offering White Oak Smoked Turkey Breast and Slow-Roasted Garlic-Rosemary Prime Rib; On The Buffet selections of Grilled Pacific Salmon, Roasted Pork Tenderloin with parsnip-celery root pureé and more. There’s a Children’s Buffet and a very elaborate Dessert Lounge showcasing Executive Pastry Chef Lee Smith’s creations, along with a coffee and espresso cart. There will be live music, a complimentary champagne toast and complimentary family photographs.
