Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch in the Elizabeth Ballroom

Served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Mothers, moms-to-be, grandmothers and all others will savor this lavish Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch.

Breakfast dishes tempt with made-to-order stations including: Smoothies, Omelettes, Farm Fresh Eggs, Buttermilk Pancakes and Flatbreads. There will also be Raw Shellfish, Gravlax and Smoked White Fish and Smoked Trout, Frittatas, Dim Sum and Sushi, Seasonal Salads, a selection of Cheeses & Charcuterie, as well as a Carving Station serving Rosemary and Garlic-Rubbed Leg of Lamb, Slow-Roasted Prime Rib and Brioche-Wrapped Salmon Wellington. Other entrees includeBaked Corvino with roasted purple asparagus, Za’atar Rubbed Chicken Breastand Spring Peas and Ricotta Ravioli, along with spring-inspired side dishes.

The Brunch offers an array of Sweet Endings of decadent mini desserts to please Mom, as well as an Ice Cream Station where the family can choose Sundaes and Bananas Foster with toppings from warm dessert sauces to whipped cream to Oreo pieces.

The Children’s Buffet tempts young guests with Mini Corn Dogs, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches on brioche, Macaroni and Cheeseand Chicken Tenders. Sweets are Fudge Brownies, Rice Krispies Treats andMini Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Three-Course Mother’s Day Brunch Tasting Menu at Amaya

Served from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Three-Course Tasting Menu created by Chef Matthew Sramek offers several Appetizer and Entree choices for a wonderful springtime Mother’s Day Brunch.

Appetizers include Scottish Smoked Salmon, Warm Brioche Cinnamon Roll and Chilled Spring Pea Soup.

The Entrees are Malted Belgian Waffle, Egg White Frittata, Dungeness Crab Benedict, Steak and Egg with Pee Wee potato hash and bearnaise, among others.

The sweet finish is the Mother’s Day Trio: Milk Chocolate and Passion Fruit “Mille Feuille,” Tahitian Vanilla and Morello Cherry Sphere and Spiced Pear Alliance with Caramel Cremeux. Children will be treated to their own station at the Mother’s Day Brunch with favorites such as Ham & Cheese Wraps, Crispy Chicken Tenders, Fresh Fruits and Berries, Brownie Bites, Ice Cream and Double Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Starting with Appetizers such as Asparagus and Mushroom Risotto, Baby Iceberg Wedge with a creamy avocado and basil dressing or Scottish Balik Salmon Carpaccio, Chef Sramek’s Three-Course Tasting Menu is a fine way to celebrate Mother.

Follow with Entrees including Lobster and Crab Pappardelle, Roasted Beef Tenderloin with corn and fava bean succotash, smoked bacon and charred ramp butter or Mary’s Free Range Chicken with wild mushroom and pea ragout.

For a delightful, relaxing time on Mother’s Day, enjoy the à la carte brunch menu at The Clubhouse Grill with live music on the patio for everyone’s entertainment.

Guests have many options including Chicken N’ Waffles; Biscuits & Gravy; Rocket Salad with arugula, Fiji apple, salted walnuts, strawberries and pickled red onion; White Shrimp Diablo; Clubhouse Cheeseburger; and Chicken Avocado Club.

Top the meal off with a custom Bloody Mary, signature cocktail, favorite brew or fine wine.

Afternoon Tea & Bubbly for Mother’s Day Toasting

Served from 2 to 4 p.m.

A special Mother’s Day indulgence is Afternoon Tea in The Grand Del Mar’s Library.

This delightful afternoon interlude includes three courses: Tea Sandwiches, Scones and French Pastries, complemented by a glass of sommelier-selected sparkling wine, sherry or ruby port.
