Mother’s Day Brunch at Shade Hotel Manhattan Beach

Mother’s Day is a day to celebrate moms and provide them with a special treat. On Sunday, May 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Shade Hotel in Manhattan Beach will host its signature Mother’s Day brunch at zinc@shade, the hotel’s lounge and restaurant. Guests will be treated to an extravagant feast, which can be enjoyed on the sun-filled terrace and courtyard, while children can play at a supervised craft table. Moms will also take home a special gift from Trilogy Spa.

The Mother’s Day brunch by Executive Chef Ashley Oates will offer a Chilled Seafood station, including Alaskan crab claws, shrimp cocktail, seared ahi and Oysters on the Half Shell with Mignonette Trio; Roasted Salmon; Cabernet Braised Short Ribs; Vanilla Bean French Toast, Country Potatoes; Brie & Pear and Prosciutto Burrata Grilled Cheese Sandwiches; Farmers Market Grilled Vegetables; a custom-made Omelet Station; Applewood smoked bacon; chicken apple sausage; and a decadent Chocolate Fountain, among many other delicious dishes.

The buffet is available for $75 per adult and $30 for children under 10. Drinks, tax and gratuity are not included.
