Mesa and Executive Chef, Niki Starr, are at it again. The Costa Mesa-based lounge has just launched their April Chef’s Table menu, a four-course Frank Sinatra-inspired dinner. The 100eats team is thrilled to announce this menu as well as the May and June Chef’s Table themes, Talking Heads and Florence & The Machine, respectively. We’d like to extend an invitation to you to experience Chef Niki’s music-inspired creations, available every Tuesday.

Mesa’s monthly music-inspired Chef’s Table series continues to impress the Orange County community with its unique dishes, influenced by a different artist each month. The themed dinners, available every Tuesday, are composed of four courses prepared by Mesa’s own Chef Niki Starr. Last month’s tasting menu was inspired by the music of Biggie Smalls and left guests wanting more. For this month’s Frank Sinatra menu, Chef Niki found inspiration in the old-school dining atmosphere at the first restaurant she worked. Courses for this month’s dinner include Foie Torchon, served with pickled cherry compote, mâche, and onion ring maldon salt and Coq Au Vin, served with cauliflower puree.

Every Tuesday in April 2017 — Chef Niki’s Frank Sinatra Tasting Menu will be available starting April 4th, 2017 and can be experienced every Tuesday evening of the month. Tickets are available for purchase on the homepage of mesacostamesa.com — Reservations are available at 6PM and 8PM dinners. If you’re not able to make it on a Tuesday for the music-inspired tasting menu, Mesa has also just launched their new 2017 Spring Menu that we welcome you to enjoy daily. Their Spring Menu features an impressive array of creative flavor combinations and a refreshing lineup of Spring-themed cocktails.
