Bravo’s Top Chef All-Star Winner, wildly successful restaurateur, cookbook author, and tv and film personality Richard Blais joins incredible executive chef of The Waterline Newport Beach, Rachel Haggstrom at the Balboa Bay Resort for a 5-course tasting wine paired dinner.
