This is not your typical wine dinner. This is a party!

The End of Summer Wine Bash thrown by Clint and Allie Wilson and Carlo Trinchero.

The NEXT GENERATION!

Blending the Italian roots of the Trinchero Family with the Southern American roots of the Wilson Family! Carlo Trinchero will be a special guest at the event. He is the Next Generation for Trinchero wines and is also the Co-Owner of Taken Wine Co.

The Sparkling Social

-This is a 45 minute spin on Cocktail Hour where you’ll be able to mingle and personally get to know Carlo and the other guests.

-3 handcrafted Prosecco Cocktails, served at the Prosecco Bar. Paired with a Charcuterie platter including imported prosciutto, olives and different cheeses and a green tomato caprese salad.

Everyone is family at this party, everyone will be seated together at one 50-foot long table.
Dinner

-Course 1: Grilled flatbread with pear, pineapple, apple and imported ricotta and arugula paired with Taken Wine Co.’s Complicated Chardonnay

-Course 2: Southern American Style Cioppino paired with Taken Wine Co.’s Complicated Pinot Noir

-Course 3: Sausage and Peppers made with Opa Sausage from Fredericksburg, Texas paired with Taken Wine Co.’s Complicated Red Wine

-Course 4: Tri Tip Beef Stroganoff with Wild mushrooms on Sourdough toast paired with Trinchero Napa Valley’s “Central Park West” Cabernet Sauvignon

-Dessert: Ice Cream Sundae topped with your choice of classic italian dessert toppings paired with Trinchero Family Estate’s Terra D’Oro Zinfandel Port
