A Restaurant presents another reason to celebrate this holiday season with all-new, nightly caviar service offered now through the end of the year. Satisfy your senses with three premium caviar options, 100 percent Golden Osetra from Russia, Imperial de Sologne from France, and Imperial Kaluga from China. A Restaurant’s finest caviar is served with made-to-order blinis made with Anson Mills cornmeal, creme fraîche, chives, black pepper and lemon zest.

Enjoy caviar service in A’s cozy, romantic atmosphere alongside a full menu of seasonal cocktails and offerings courtesy of Corporate Executive Chef Jonathan Blackford.
