Prjkt Restaurant Group has announced the first annual Nood Beach in partnership with FOODBEAST to be held in Huntington Beach during Labor Day weekend. The event, which will be held in the parking lot north of SeaLegs at the Beach on September 1, will feature cooking demos with noodles, eating contests, drinks, and live music, featuring DJ Snoop-A-Delic (AKA Snoop Dogg), with more artists to be announced.

The noodle festival will bring more than 5,000 attendees together in a first-of-its-kind oceanfront food experience. Prjkt Restaurant Group will host the event in partnership with FOODBEAST, considered one of the most influential food media platforms across its 7MM+ social media followers and flagship Foodbeast.com website. FOODBEAST will curate a unique experience for attendees, with restaurants serving inventive and creative noodle dishes that include udon, ramen, glass, and hand-pulled noodles with an array of varieties from Thai to Korean. The event will also feature various food installations and food programming with some of the Internet’s favorite chefs, competitive eaters, mukbangers and personalities.

Bringing show stopping events and culinary experiences to Huntington Beach is nothing new to Prjkt Restaurant Group CEO Alicia Whitney, who Orange County foodies know as the creator of the award-winning SeaLegs Wine Bar and SeaLegs at the Beach and three other distinct dining venues along the 2.8-mile stretch of historic coastline on Bolsa Chica State Beach. In 2017, SeaLegs at the Beach was transformed into a live beachfront concert venue with a breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean.
