Award-winning SeaLegs Wine Bar in Huntington Beach kicks off the beginning of the holiday season in October with a series of annual events, including an Oktoberfest Beer Dinner October 17 and the Yelloween Masquerade October 31.
SeaLegs Wine Bar will host its 4th annual four-course Oktoberfest Beer Dinner on October 17 at 7 p.m., which will include:
First course: caraway seed pretzel rolls with pickled vegetables and a mustard cheese ball paired with Duvel blonde.
Second course: beer braised bratwurst with sweet and sour cabbage served with Maredsous Tripel Belgian.
Third course: Jaegar Schnitzel with hunter’s gravy and German creamed spinach, which includes a breaded veal cutlet with bacon, mushroom, onion gravy, served with German-style creamed spinach with gouda, to be paired with AleSmith Oktoberfest.
Fourth course: Kaisershmarrn aka cast iron torn pancakes with blueberries, raspberries, berry coulis and vanilla bean ice cream paired with The Bruery’s autumn maple.
Pricing for SeaLegs’ 4th Annual Oktoberfest Beer Dinner is $60 per person and includes Duvel glassware.
