The 8th annual Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home’s Palm Desert Food & Wine Event is back for 2018! Presented by Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa & organized by Palm Springs Life, the event is officially scheduled to take place between March 23rd – 25th. The weekend’s roster is full of culinary splendors, including tastings from the nation’s leading establishments, live cooking demonstrations, cookbook signings with celebrity chefs, & more! Special guests include TV personality Gail Simmons, James Beard Award–winning author Laura Werlin, Executive Chef of Toscana Country Club & cookbook author Eric Wadlund, among others.
