Spend an afternoon Making fresh Pasta with Chef James. A three hour crash course includes a demo and making some pasta. You will have lots of fun learning how to make dough. This class has only 10 spots so make your reservations quickly. Class is $50 per person and includes start to finish making fresh dough, rolling and cutting. You will also sample what the chef prepares.
