Do you LOVE pasta as much as Ecco Pizza Shoppe & Yardbar do? Ever wondered how to make it from scratch?!?

Ecco Pizza Shoppe & Yardbar hosts another interactive evening of creating pasta from scratch!

Pasta From Scratch will show you how to make your very own pasta dough then create variations on your favorite sizes and shapes.

They also show you WHY pasta has varying shape and WHICH sauces are meant to go with each.

This class will be as informative as it is interactive!

Your evening includes instruction on:
pasta dough making by hand
shaping and filling the dough
proper cooking methods
sauce pairings

Antipasti reception begins at 6:30 p.m. Class at 7 p.m.

Beer and wine will be served throughout the night. Students will receive a certificate of completion and a dough ball to take home.
