Fresh whitefish served with a sauce made with jalapeño and rum

3rd Course:  Braised Beef
Tender Midwest beef braised in a shallot, tequila cream with demi-glace

Paired with: Patron New York Sour
Patron Extra Añejo, simple syrup, lemon, red wine float

Dessert:  Tiramisu
Our family recipe of Savoiardi sugar biscuits dipped in espresso and dark rum topped with Mascarpone sweet cream cheese sprinkled with cocoa

Paired with: Tiramisu Digestivo
Bacardi Orange, Frangelico, dark and white chocolate Godiva liquor
