Participating Chefs will put their unique spin on the traditional PB&J as a special menu offering. Each will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every PB&J dish to benefit StopSAM.org, a fundraising arm for Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM). Restaurants are ARC, Blackmarket Bakery, Broadway, Green2Go, Haven Gastropub, LinX, Little Sparrow, LUCCA, Memphis, Provisions Market, Slapfish, taco asylum and The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar.
