Pipestone Wine Dinner

It’s time for another special Wine Dinner. This one features the big, bold wines from Pipestone Wine in Paso Robles. Once again we have tasked Sous Chef Patrick with the creation and execution of a unique pairing menu. This is a menu for real foodies. If you like the look of it, be sure not to miss it. in case you are not aware, these menus only come around once. They are basically a creative outlet (and also a challenge) for the chefs so they can really stretch their culinary wings, so to speak.

Owner and Winemaker Jeff Pipes is leaving his charming wife Florence, their two lovely daughters Grace and Gwendolyn and Bobbie and Betty, their draft horses in Paso and making the trip just to show you his wares.
