Pop-Up Beer Garden at Pasadena’s Courtyard Concert Series

Now a four-year summer tradition, Innovative Dining Group’s Sushi Roku Pasadena will join One Colorado Courtyard’s “Saturday Nights in August” concert series with an exceptional pop-up beer garden experience. On Saturday, August 23, 2014, Sushi Roku will “pop up” in Downtown Pasadena to accompany complimentary live music, offering concertgoers an assortment of moonlit cocktails, signature sushi, and savory bites.

The courtyard beer garden will showcase a selection of summery cocktails, such as the Mandarin Honey Margarita ($12) with Los Arongo Tequila, mandarin oranges, honey, and lime juice; and beer specials, including Kirin, Sapporo, and Asahi brews. In addition to a $40, three-course prix fixe “Red Sun Feast,” several Sushi Roku favorites will be available à la carte, such as Filet-Wrapped Asparagus ($15); Yellowtail Sashimi with diced chiles ($17); Spicy Tuna Hanabi ($13); and Baked Cod ($19). Various Robatayaki skewers, including Premium Wagyu Japanese Beef ($64); Shrimp with Tarragon Miso ($8); and Bacon-Wrapped Cherry Tomatoes ($6) will also be available.

Sushi Roku’s beer garden will complement the Echo Park-based indie pop musicians Banta on August 23, 2014.
