Sir Winston’s Restaurant & Lounge Pre-Fixe Thanksgiving Dinner

First Course includes Mushroom Tartlets, the second course offers guests the choice of Sweet Potato Chowder or a Petite Green Salad and main courses include the choice of Traditional Roasted Turkey served with sausage & sage apple stuffing, giblet gravy, orange cranberry compote, truffle mashed potatoes, glazed sweet potato and green bean casserole, Crispy Skin Salmon with herb risotto and sautéed bok choy and cajun spiced remoulade or Herb Marinated Rib Eye served with boursin mashed potato, grilled asparagus and a peppercorn demi glaze. Finish off the meal with the choice between the Pumpkin Tart or Pecan Caramel made with coffee cookie dough, caramelized pecan, salted caramel and a dulce de leche mousse.
