On Saturday, September 6, Pressed Juicery celebrates the debut of their new book, JUICE: Recipes For Juicing, Cleansing, And Living Well, with a launch party at the Brentwood Country Mart from 2-5 p.m. Founding partners and JUICE co-authors Carly de Castro, Hayden Slater, and Hedi Gores invite fans to enjoy a festivity-filled afternoon in the south courtyard of the Mart, with fresh-pressed cocktails, small bites from Kitchensurfing, and a farmers’ market pop-up by Summerland. Copies of JUICE will also be available for purchase, and guests are welcome to have their books signed by the Pressed Juicery team during the party.
JUICE, which was released in July 2014, offers a comprehensive guide to juicing your way to a healthier you through the lens of de Castro, Slater, and Gores, who created Pressed Juicery to help break through the confusion surrounding health trends.
