Leatherby ‘ Cafe Rouge will be offering a four course Christmas Eve menu, beginning at 5:00 p.m. Highlights from the decadent menu include a first course offering of roasted beet salad with drunken goat cheese, persimmon and candied pistachios followed by roasted diver scallop with parsnip vanilla puree and cranberry chutney for the second course. Main course selection includes deconstructed beef rib-eye with roasted beef marrow, glazed root vegetables, mac and cheese gratin and natural jus or corn-fed pork porterhouse with caramelized blackberry red wine sauce, red cabbage, fried Brussels sprouts, and smoked sweet potato. Patrons wishing to truly indulge this holiday can add on a cheese course for an additional cost. The festive menu concludes with an array of bûche de Noëls in a variety of flavors such as strawberry vanilla, chocolate brownie or coffee caramel.

Pinot Provence will be open for holiday dining at 5:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, and will offer Sunday Brunch and a holiday prix fixe on Christmas Day. Classic French fare is displayed in this three or four course menu. Items include Cinderella pumpkin bisque with smoked bacon, ras el hanout and house made yogurt for the first course, and "Bahn me" – crispy pork belly, foie gras torchon, picked vegetables on a toasted baguette with petite cilantro for the second course. Main course highlights are the house made papardelle with melted leeks, wilk baby arugula, poached Jidori chicken egg with black truffle creme and spinach, oxtail marmalade and jus. The final touch to the menu are associated buche de Noel dessert.

Starting at 5:00 p.m., diners can partake in a three course menu including first course selections such as little neck clams with whole wheat linguine, olive oil, calabrian chilies, and dried oregano or roasted chestnut soup with duck confit and cherry ravioli. Main course options include veal short ribs with potato cylinders, charred brussel sprouts, mache in a Perdo Ximenez reduction or sous vide lamb shoulder, house made lamb sausage, Spanish beans and carrot confit in a saffron paprika broth.
