Project Zin Is Back!

Drink Exquisite Zinfandel For A Good Cause!

Winemaker Clay Mauritson and Chef Charlie Palmer invite you to the Eighth Annual Project Zin event, August 17-18, 2018 at Hotel Healdsburg. The celebratory weekend offers a series of dining and educational events hosted by Chef Palmer, Clay Mauritson and some of the industry’s most elite winemakers. Saturday evening’s preeminent event, Project Zin, will gather some of the most sought after Zinfandels paired with the food of Chefs Palmer and Scott Romano as well as top local Sonoma County chefs.
