Join TAPS Fish House & Brewery on Friday, August 24 at 6:30 p.m. for the latest in the series of the Farm & Vineyard Dinners. The four-course menu features locally sourced ingredients paired with fine wines from the Raymond collection.

The farm-to-table experience begins with seasonal honeydew gazpacho with prawns and Riverdog Farm cucumber & mint granita paired with 2016 R Collection Sauvignon Blanc. Next, enjoy tempura soft shell crab salad and Brentwood Farms sweet corn esquite with 2015 Reserve Chardonnay, followed by Creek Farm Quail with Murray Family Farms cherry stuffing and Frog Hollow Farm organic plum reduction, paired with 2014 LVE Red Blend. Last, enjoy Harris Ranch Beef tenderloin accompanied by Weiser Family Farms sunchoke puree and Babe Farms charred heirloom baby carrots with 2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.

The dinner is $89 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity.
