A message from Tony Penn:
Greetings Restaurant Owners, Executives, and Managers,
TONY PENN HERE.
These are hard times for sure. We’re all seeking answers on how we’re going to survive this because there is no blueprint. Most of us are scrambling on what we should do “next”.
And as you may know, yesterday we got the Guidelines for reopening without any specific indication of when restaurants can actually reopen in Orange County. Hopefully, we’ll hear something soon.
As expected, there is quite a bit of information in those guidelines and a lot to prepare for. We can all use some help on how to plan and implement.
I’ve been on a lot of webinars and they’ve been very helpful, however, I think now is the time for interactive discussion and planning with the decision-makers that have to make it happen.
That said, I’m forming virtual restaurant roundtables to bring restaurant business owners, executives, and managers together to share best practices, answer questions, and solve problems. Each group will have no more than 10 people. The meetings will last probably last an hour to an hour and a half.
Collaboration is an extremely powerful weapon in this war for business survival.
Some of the “Next Phase” topics we’ll be working on:
- Strategic Planning for the Reopening Guidelines
- Execution of the various revenue streams
- Tools and Ideas to ensure Safety & Sanitation
- Enhancing the Guest Experience
- Financial Clarity
- Projections & Number Crunching
- Supply Chain Challenges
The first roundtable will be on Monday, May 18th at 2 pm
There is limited space, so register now.
