Grasslands BBQ, Churrasco, & Meat Market is hosting RIBfest

RIBfest is a free event that has been formed by Grasslands Restaurant, located in Anaheim’s Gardenwalk. The event is for the whole family, featuring live music, a rib eating contest, BBQ cooking classes, and a signature whiskey pairing dinner.

The schedule is as follows:

• 4:00 p.m.: Rib eating contest
• 6:00 p.m.: BBQ cooking class
• 8:00 p.m.: Whiskey pairing dinner

  • Guests will enjoy 3-4 pairings of whiskey and meat while engaging with a whiskey expert. It is $36 per person pre-sale, or $45 at the door. The menu includes cheese soup, whiskey smoked tri-tip, whiskey glazed salmon, grilled vegetables with bourbon butter, and homeade bread pudding with whiskey white sauce. Swag Bags include Grasslands’ signature sauces, spices, and a mini bottles of liquor will be given to each guest with a complimentary onsite printed photo
