Roll Sushi with Katsuya Chefs

Katsuya chefs Joe Bracero and Jason Velasquez will lead their pupils in an educational sushi rolling demonstration followed by hands-on instruction, allowing guests to leave as masters of Katsuya’s basic sushi rolls. In traditional sushi chef fashion, guests will celebrate their newly found skills with a sake shot at the end of the night.

Beer, bites, a bottle of sake and a take-home bamboo maki roller are included in the class price.
