Named “most romantic restaurant” by OC Register and CBS, The Cellar Restaurant in Fullerton has announced its Valentine’s menu that will be available for four days.

* February 14th @ 4/4:30, 6/6:30, 8/8:30. 10/10:30 p.m.

* February 13th, 15th & 16th @ 5/5:30, 7/7:30, 9/9:30 p.m.
