TAPS Fish House & Brewery in Irvine, in conjunction with Pavilions, invites you to partake in a spectacular Rombauer Vineyards wine dinner on Thursday, September 28th at 6:30 p.m. Rombauer Vineyards representative, Dan Redford, will guide guests through an exquisite four-course menu expertly paired with select wines from the Rombauer collection.

The culinary journey commences with a welcome reception where guests will warm up their palates with a light Oro Blanco grapefruit salad paired with 2016 Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Next, enjoy beets & brussels paired with 2016 Carneros Chardonnay, orange maple roasted sablefish with 2013 Carneros Merlot and cabernet braised veal cheek ragu with 2014 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The meal concludes with a cheese course paired with 2015 Napa Valley Zinfandel. The four-course dinner with Rombauer wine pairings is priced at $99 per person; exclusive of tax and gratuity.
