Sabor de Baja
The fifth annual “Sabor de Baja,” End of Summer, White Attire Affair, is a friendly culinary competition among 25 of Baja’s top chefs, paired with the finest Mexican wines and artisanal beer producers.
Ticket includes access to all food and wine, live entertainment, a commemorative wine glass and much more.
The intent of the Sabor de Baja is to promote gastronomy and tourism between the U.S. and Baja. Each attendee will be able to taste a pairing of the chefs creations together with the wine or beer producers. There are two main awards given that night: The first is decided by a panel of distinguished judges and the second is called the “People’s Choice” which is decided by popular voting from every attendee who submits a ballot.
Tickets:
Gold Tickets $85 (includes reserved seating, entrance 5:30pm)
Silver Tickets $70 (entrance at 6pm)
