Chef Rich, part of Sage Restaurant roaming Southern California, will be preparing an amazing 5-course meal with optional drink pairing at Nesai in Newport Beach. The dinner is $45 with an additional $25 drink pairing or a la carte drink pairing option. Special guest pastry chef Desiree Corsetti of D’Vine Pastry Bar will provide an amazing surprise desert!

1st Course
Roast Bacon-Wrapped Dates
parmesan stuffing

2nd Course
Murray Farms Watermelon
feta cheese, mint, balsamic reduction

3rd Course
Poached Wild King Salmon
heirloom tomato lemon verbena broth, sweet corn and summer squash “relish”

4th Course
Grilled Three Mustard Rubbed Tri-Tip
white beans and swiss chard, beef jus, horseradish sour cream
