SUMMER INGREDIENTS TAKE CENTER STAGE AT SATURDAY DINNER UNDER THE STARS
This Saturday’s exclusive dinner under the stars at South Coast Plaza features a new menu, which includes Chef Tony Esnault’s noted Legumes de Saison. Their August 15th dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a showcase of Chef Esnault’s appreciation for our incredible local seasonal produce. His noteworthy dishes will be part of an elegant 6-course prix-fixe menu with wine pairings under the summer sky on South Coast Plaza’s Bridge of Gardens Terrace.
