co-hosted by Gruet’s Sofian Himeur, grandson of Founder Gilbert Gruet.
Seated at 1 long communal table, we’ll be pouring 6 of Gruet’s estate-grown sparkling wines produced in the traditional Methode Champenoise paired perfectly with 5 market-fresh courses creatively prepared and presented by Chefs Benjamin Dayag and Mirko Paderno. This is all about appreciating wine and food and each other over a memorable meal that’s elegant and relaxed and…delicious!
