Scott’s Summer Wine Tour – Spain and Portugal

Come and enjoy Scott’s Restaurant & Bar Summer Wine Tour, as you travel the globe, sampling wines and cuisine from every established region on the planet. Experience the sixth evening of the tour with rich and flavorful food and wine from the Iberian Peninsula on Thursday, August 21 at 7 pm. During this private winemaker event, you will enjoy a four-course dinner of dishes meticulously paired by Kelly Vance, expert sommelier, with four regional wines of Spain and Portugal. The four-course dinner menu prepared by Executive Chef Michael Doctulero will include Dungeness crab spring roll with apple mint, roasted pork knuckle with chorizo spike, seared filet mignon cube with red wine gastrique, and a chocolate truffle trio with macadamia crepes. This special wine dinner – featuring cultural decor and music also inspired by Spain and Portugal- is priced at $175 per person or $300 per couple, including tax and gratuity.
