Seghesio Vineyards Five-Course Wine Dinner

Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her new Orange County location in San Juan Capistrano, Perspektive Studio, for an evening featuring wines from Sonoma’s Seghesio Vineyards! Bryan Rollins will also be joining from the winery for the evening to pour these award-winning wines. You won’t want to miss this special evening with the favorite presenter and exceptional wines. Chef Erin will craft a 5-course menu, focused specifically around each wine. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights from Bryan and Erin.
